KORUS Insurance Services ("KORUS," "we," "us") collects personal information necessary to provide commercial insurance brokerage services, including names, emails, phone numbers, business details, and policy data (e.g., for BOP, workers compensation, marine cargo quotes and servicing). We obtain this from clients directly, carriers, or service providers during quote submissions, policy management, and urgent communications.

2. How We Use Information
Data is used solely for insurance-related purposes: generating quotes, binding coverage, servicing policies, regulatory compliance, and sending urgent texts/calls about policy matters (e.g., renewals, audits, claims). We do not sell, share, or use data for marketing, advertising, or third-party promotions. SMS consent is never transferred or monetized. We do not share SMS consent or phone data with marketers.

3. SMS Communications
By providing express consent via our client agreement:

You authorize non-marketing texts/calls from KORUS business numbers (e.g., Nextiva lines, sender ID: "KORUS Insurance") on urgent policy issues. Frequency: As needed for urgent matters.
Reply STOP to opt out anytime (free), HELP for assistance, or contact us to revoke consent. TTY users: dial 711.
Message & data rates may apply; carrier fees possible. No purchase necessary.
We reserve the right to modify or end the SMS program with notice.

4. Sharing Information
Data is shared only with:

Insurance carriers (e.g., Hartford, Hanover, Travelers) for underwriting/binding.
Authorized agents, regulators, or service providers (e.g., Nextiva for delivery) under strict confidentiality agreements.
We do not share SMS consent or phone data with affiliates or marketers.

5. Security & Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data, including regular security reviews and audits. Data retained per legal requirements (typically policy term + 5 years).

6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
CA residents: Request access, deletion, correction, or opt-out of "sales" (none occur) via email. No discrimination for exercising rights.
